Keller offers free domestic ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states!


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours after your order has been processed.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.  Keller does not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. 


SHIPPING DETAILS

Please be sure to double-check your shipping addresses before submitting your order, as we cannot reroute packages.


Keller uses UPS for domestic and international delivery.   All packages are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature upon delivery.

Buyers within the US are given the option of Ground, Express Saver (2-3 Day), 2nd day, or Overnight. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. 

We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Keller is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add an additional time to your delivery.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price of your purchase, and are billed by your country‚Äôs customs department upon arrival. Keller cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments.  Any charges for taxes or duties are due to UPS at the time of delivery.

Keller does not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.  


RETURN POLICY
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY

In order to be returned, merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

Damages to or omission of this box will result in a fee.  Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.

Merchandise in saleable condition may be returned for full-return within 7 days of shipping date, or exchanged for store credit or for equivalent merchandise within 14 days of shipping date when accompanied by a return authorization number. 

After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. 

All sales are final on sale items, private sale items, and special orders.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Customers must pay for shipping and purchase delivery confirmation. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Keller will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages. 

To receive a return authorization number, email hello@kellerny.com, and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. 

Keller is not responsible for return shipping costs.  Items should be sent within 2 days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. 

Keller will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, a refund will be issued to the same credit card account that the original purchase was made with. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Keller back to you. 

We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.


PRIVACY 

KELLER NY ("kellerny.com") respects your right to privacy. Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third parties. Any and all information collected by Keller is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Once you create an account with Keller, you are automatically included in our updates, newsletters and correspondences. To request to have your name removed from these correspondences, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the email received.
